Skin tags are a kind of skin growth in which short and narrow skin comes out. Skin tags do not harm or cause any pain.
Skin tags are generally found on the neck, upper chest, underarms, and eyelids. Skin tags may be irritating if they sometimes rub along with clothes. Skin tags are scientifically known as acrochordons that occur when the body produces extra cells in the top layer of the skin. Skin tags generally appear around skin folds or where the clothes are likely to rub with skin.
